Trade Fair Photographer Verona: B2B Photography in Milan and International Venues

I have been a trade show photographer for over ten years, with more than a hundred events documented. For Veronafiere I cover the main events; for stand builders, agencies, press offices and exhibitors I tell the story of the stand and the life that moves through it. Every show has its own pace, and I stay until I get the shot.

Brief and the story of the stand

The starting point is the brief: what the stand must say, to whom, in what tone. The job comes from there, usually about ten photos of the stand, which become more when we need to show the life moving through it. Number and approach depend on the brief and the budget. My studio is 950 metres from the Re Teodorico entrance of Veronafiere, the Verona Exhibition Centre.

Same-day photos

Images arrive the same day. When you need them sooner, the first ones go out in real time from my iPhone on WhatsApp; the only limit is the connection inside the hall.

With press offices and agencies

I receive release times and topics in advance. I shoot, post-process and deliver in time for every release.

Every show has its own rule

Salone del Mobile demands rigour, and a sea of people: in a stand with 200 people I photographed a stand builder's wall prints with exposure times of tens of seconds, until the result came. Marmomac is material and light, Fieracavalli is atmosphere.

Two-wheel shows

At EICMA, in Rho, visitors see and touch the new two-wheel models and accessories. Motor Bike Expo, in Verona, is shows, tuners, customs, accessories and a spare-parts market, with the feel of a rally. At both I tell the story of products and people.

Equipment

At trade shows I work with professional Nikon equipment and choose the lens according to what needs to be told and the size of the product: a marble slab is not photographed like a bottle of wine.

Video for your stand

With a team of trusted videomakers I prepare an already edited reel of about 30 seconds, plus the raw footage, shot vertically and horizontally. The two Marmomac videos were shot at the show, at the 2026 edition.

How much it costs

The price depends on duration, distance and requests, and adapts to each exhibitor's needs. With the days and goals of your stand, I prepare the quote.

Frequently asked questions about trade show services

How many photos do I get for a stand?

Basically about ten photos of the stand, with more shots if we need to show the life inside it. We define the exact number together on the brief.

How long does a reel take?

It depends on how much work there is and when it is wanted. We discuss it on the brief.

When do the photos arrive?

Photos arrive within the agreed times, the same day; if you need them sooner, or for live communication, we agree on it.

Can you send me photos during the show for social media and press releases?

Yes. I shoot and send from my iPhone on WhatsApp in real time. With press offices and agencies I work to the release times.

Do you also shoot video of the stand?

Yes, with a team of trusted videomakers: an edited reel of about 30 seconds plus raw footage, vertical and horizontal. Subtitles or more languages on quote.

What if the stand changes at the last minute?

It rarely happens, because the set-up takes time. If it does, I go back and photograph it again.

How much does a trade show job cost?

It depends on duration, distance and requests, and I adapt to each exhibitor's needs. Send me the days and what you want to show of your stand and I'll prepare a quote.

Can you photograph a stand full of people?

Yes. At Salone del Mobile, in a stand with 200 people, I used exposure times of tens of seconds to photograph the stand builder's wall prints.
